Looking for a keys/piano teacher - gospel/neosoul/jazz/theory

Description
I'm an experienced producer who has been playing keys for a few years, mostly in the context of composing music in a DAW, but over the past two years have been doing more live performance in gig settings and trying to improve my chops and general theory/improv ability in general. I've picked up basic music theory along the way, but I'm looking to really improve my knowledge and ability to write and understand compelling chord changes and voicings. I'm looking for a skilled player who can teach and help me level up as a keys player. I have a good foundation and strong understanding of rhythm, feel and time signatures, and I understand basic chord theory. But I need someone who can help me fill in gaps in my music theory knowledge and ideally help guide me into some more complex theory and improv ability. Stylistically I love the chord structures, melodies, and harmonic content of gospel, neosoul, R&B and jazz. I'm aiming for more Robert Glasper/Daniel Caesar/Cory Henry/Simon Mavin future soul/alt R&B pop stuff, and less Craig Taborn/Chick Corea/Count Basie abstract modern or traditional jazz, if that make sense. I'm not looking for classical piano lessons, to run scales until my fingers bleed, or to sit down with sheet music where every note is on the page. But I also would like someone who can explain everything in technical terms when I need them to, e.g. proper chord names. And who can show me how to get better in a semi-structured way. Someone with teaching experience is preferred, though not required if you feel you're good at explaining things. I'm OTP South but can travel to the city for in-person lessons (fully vaxxed and don't mind masking up for a lesson) or we can do over zoom/discord/facetime/whatever works. I don't care how old/young you are, just looking for a great teacher who knows their stuff and can help me know that stuff too. Probably looking for a one hour lesson every other week to start. Feel free to send your hourly rate when you reach out. If you're interested, shoot me a text or respond to this posting over email.
