I am writing this message after long consideration. This is hard enough to do. I have 2 German Shepherds that have grown up together Female 4 going to be 5 in February and Male who is 3, both are fixed, chipped, and current on shots. My female is short haired and male long haired. They have always been inside dogs they are house trained and do not chew on anything that is not theirs. They will come with their beds, bowels, leashes. They understand commands as sit, stay, come, bed, no. Things have come up in my life that it comes to this. I do not want to get into the reason for this. I can say it has nothing to do with them or any issues with them. They have been around teenagers, cats, other dogs. They will need a fence that is taller than 4' because the female can scale a 4' fence with no issues. I would prefer they stay together, and I know that is asking a lot but I would want to stay in touch with the new owners to make sure they are doing ok, are happy, and living the life they deserve. There will be reference checks and forms that will need to be filled out, so they are going to the best home and not someone just looking for their next dog. This is very hard, and I will not allow them to go to just anyone I want them matched to the appropriate family.
