Need Electrician for Breaker Panel & Running New Lines

Need an electrician with line tracing tools & experience in using them. Full days work $25 per hour, $200. But if it takes less than a full day it’s still $200. I have a two pole double tapped breaker in my main panel. Two wires are for an air conditioner, the other two unknown. I need the lines traced to see if both are drawing loads. One line will need to be Re-run to an outside sub panel if both are drawing loads. Or…relocate several single pole lines to the sub panel. I have two outside lights needing work. One works intermittently and one needs replace. I need a flood light installed for a side yard. Must have own tools for all work. I have a box in the front yard that needs to be checked out. Mask required for inside the house work.
