This Weekend Workshop will teach you the meditative techniques of the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas. These are based in Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion and will return these upward emotions to your everyday life! With regular use, we release limiting thoughts and habits and expand consciousness, creating our lives from the inside out. This workshop will run Friday night 7-10pm and Sat and Sun 10-5pm.
