January 11-15, 2021 - 8:30am- 5:30pm - Lake Worth Campus Contact Hours: 40 Course Description: This course is designed to prepare the student to function as the Instructor-In-Charge or Safety Officer during live-fire training exercises. Students will learn to operate safely and effectively in accordance with applicable laws and standards. The curriculum covers NFPA 1403 in detail, NFPA 1402, and parts of NFPA 1500. There is extensive use of case studies and practical exercises to reinforce the lessons learned.
