Connect The Dots hopes to be an annual live music event benefiting Play It Forward. Join us to show your support for our local artists! The Strange Mechanics and Maverick Band are coming together for a special evening of music to raise funds for Play It Forward. Strange Mechanics is a psychedelic, progressive, funk driven jam band from Cincinnati, OH. Maverick Band is an eclectic group of talented young musicians based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. We revel in learning and performing music that is out of our wheelhouse; music that helps us grow as musicians. We find deep satisfaction in achieving our goals. Play It Forward is a 501c3 organization that endeavors to be a comprehensive resource for the local music community. They do this through three main programs, a health care initiative, a legal education program, and through raising money for musicians in truly dire unforeseen situations. They were initially founded by Gary Burbank to help those musicians who make at least 51% of their income playing music to get back on their feet after getting knocked down by an unforeseen catastrophe. They have grown into much more than that, and they welcome your support. Please help them support live music in the Tri-State! In addition to the entertainment we have a featured artist, Nichole Mix! Nichole Mix is an awesome painter and digital designer from Cincinnati. She produces functional art- clothing, bags, clocks, stickers and so on- from her own original paintings. Check her out at the show and on Instagram @artbynicholemix Tickets are being sold by the entire table and by general admission. One table ticket admits everyone at the table under one name.
