Job Description Field Manager Description of the role: Seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to serve as Field Manager and day to day point of contact for approximately 9 days period between November 1 and November 9th. The job consists of managing the delivery of key event materials to a variety of activation sites, executing the outlined schedule of product deliveries, and working closely with the team on carrying out event logistics. The job will include 3 days of prep work, 5 days of activation for a minimum of 6 hours per day (times may vary depending on the event schedule), and one wrap day. Weekend hours are required based on events schedule. The Field Manager will report to the regional Market Manager and provide daily reports. Field Managers will directly oversee a Street Team together with the Market Manager. Responsibilities: Strong skills in operating and driving a load in truck. Ability to lift heavy equipment and event props. Strong sense of timeliness and expediency on a tight schedule. Comfort navigating New York Streets and Parking Requirements. Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset. Daily Reporting to Market Manager Manager. Managing and Tracking Daily Inventory. Ability to coordinate logistics for all fabricated elements, vehicles and props. Organizing Daily Set-up and Break-Down of Production Equipment and Merchandise Ensuring High Level of Professionalism and Presentation Project timeframe: ~9 days (3 days of preparation and training, 5 days of activation, one day of wrap up) - 11/01 - 11/09.
