Looking for parents or someone you know has a child 12-17yrs old with any of the conditions listed below and would like to participate in a 1 hour In-Person interview in Manhattan. The interview pays $225.00 CASH + an additional $100.00 CASH for Travel expenses. We are also offering a referral fee to anyone that can refer a parent & child that qualifies & attends the interview. Conditions we are looking for: Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, Pediatric Crohn’s Disease, Pediatric Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), or Pediatric Uveitis.
