Replace Belt on Moped / Scooter / Motorcycle Repair

It's a peace sports ar 50. "Replacing belt on 50cc scooter" please look it up on youtube to see if you can do this. I have the replacement belt and some of the screws are out, just need someone with technical expertise to finish the job. There's a tutorial on youtube, shouldn't be too hard. Could bring a drill with bits to make it a lot easier. I'm near Northeastern University. I will add $5 to cover gas costs if you can do the job well but are far.
