Hiring Snow removal workers for the winter season - snow shovel/blower

Hi We are seeking snow removal workers who own a truck and snowblower $40-50/hr. If you don't have a snowblower, you can buy one online or buy one from us. Your truck must be insured. You can also consider renting one. If you don't have a truck or snowblower, we are also hiring workers who have a vehicle (car, suv, truck). We pay $25-30/hr for this setup. You will need a snow shovel and help us carry salt and spread it at addresses that require salting. For those who have only a snow shovel we pay $20. We service any job in the 7-8 mile radius from downtown Boston. You get paid $40-50/hr (if you have a truck and snowblower) depending on your experience, your productivity, communication, work ethic. We work whenever it snows. We also expect you to have bags of salt in your truck/vehicle. You likely will work alone, or with a seasoned veteran snow worker, or you may work with 1-2 helpers depending on the amount of snowfall. We are conducting phone interviews this week and next week.
