(60 YRS +): PLEASE CONSIDER PARTICIPATING IN THIS CLINICAL TRIAL UNDERWAY AT UPENN! We are currently enrolling for this Phase 3 study to see if this vaccine prevents RSV infection. RSV is a common cause of respiratory illness second only to the flu. Most who get it feel like they just have a bad cold or flu and recover after a few days. However, it has been a growing concern for babies and older adults who may have heart or lung issues or weakend immunes systems as it can quickly become a life threatening situation. It is urgent that a vaccine is developed and we need you! It is only 7 visits over three years ( only 3 of these visits require you coming into the office). YOU ARE COMPENSATED FOR EACH VISIT ( the first visit is an enroll visit where you receive your vaccine injection and pays you $119).
