Rehoming Chihuahua mix

I am looking to rehome my dog. He is 4 years old, He’s a Chihuahua/ terrier mix and weighs about 12lbs. He has severe anxiety due to us having cats. He does not get along with other animals especially cats. He has shown aggression due to his anxiety from other animals. We think he would do best in an older couples home without kids or other animals. Other than that he is a very sweet dog. He is crate trained and will come with the crate and other items. He is up to date on all shots and also recently had a dental cleaning done. He is in great health. We have all his vet records to show a clean bill of health. We are asking a rehoming fee of $150 to ensure he goes to a good home.
