“Patty” the neurotic lady sent me spam today telling me to neuter my pet in Wake County, NC I live in Virginia. The local SPCA spays and neuters for free. Why on Earth would I drive to Wake County out of state and over two hours away? I wonder if these organizations know that she’s doing this
