Powerwash company seeking lead technicians to wash residential, commercial and industrial buildings throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. **NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WE WILL TRAIN, but must have clean driving and criminal record. Starting pay is $20 an hour/800-1200 weekly starting, bonuses and tips. Equipment includes 500 gallon water tanks, 100 sh tanks and 10 gallon soap tanks. Our soft wash systems are boosted pumps and comet P40's. Systems are on skids for easy off and on to our isuzu overcab trucks. We are seeking to add crews within a few weeks. Do you have a good attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques, safety methods, and customer service protocols? You don't need to be vastly experienced but you just need to show up on time and be reliable. -Your prompt response will show us you're a good fit for our communicative culture. Essential job duties: • Must be able to lift and pull 50 lb loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift. • Must be able to be proficient (after training) with company technology, especially work management system on smart phones or iPads (faster promotions for those with leadership and tech skills or the willingness to develop them).
