Annual trip to Vail for Bay Area Skiing and Snowboarding Ski Group! Day 1 Thursday Fly to Denver: Please meet Julia & Tom III at Airport (Please arrive at Denver Airport before 8:00PM) Carpool from Denver to our ski home. Day 2 Friday Breakfast Ski full day at Vail Happy Hour Group Dinner (Optional) Day 3 Saturday Breakfast Ski full day at Vail Happy Hour Home Cooked Group Dinner! Day 4 Sunday Breakfast Ski full day at Vail * Carpool back to Denver at 4:00PM. * Arrive airport before 7:00PM. Suggest flight after 8:00PM. Accommodation: (We have 3 ski Homes!) This newly remodeled condos offers all the comforts of home including Large Spacious Rooms, Spectacular Mountain Views, Large Fireplace, and Washer/Dryer. Condos are centrally located in Avon Colorado on Nottingham Lake which is considered the Center of the Vail Valley. 3 bedrooms+3 Bathrooms condos total beds for 16 people. * The hot tubs and pool are spectacular. * Just minutes walking to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Health Club! * Includes free shuttle from the condo to the Gondola. * A front desk and management office on-site to assist you with any additional needs or to schedule activities in the Vail Valley! Trip Cost: $378 to $408 (Early-bird) $408 to $438 (After 10 People) Inclusions: * 3-night Condo accommodations * Event Host * 3 Breakfast & 1 Dinner * Happy Hour drinks and snacks Exclusions: * Air fare to/from Denver * Lift tickets and ski rental * Transportation & Gas for the SUV (Share at the end of trip). Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski trips. A minimum administrative fee of $50 for 3 Day weekend trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
