I’m looking for at least one guy, maybe more. I’m open to full or part time, depending on your situation. We are a flooring install company, and we do mostly LVP and laminate. This is my primary focus. We also occasionally do sheet vinyl and carpet and sometimes tile. If you don’t really do sheet vinyl, carpet, or tile, that’s fine. LVP and laminate has been our focus and we have been subbing out everything else lately, but it would be great to have someone in house who can take care of it when a job comes up. My primary rule is that you MUST have experience and you MUST be responsible. For the most part, I pay better than most flooring installers. In return, I just want people who can get jobs done and make customers happy. If you've got plenty of experience with installing floors and you've got a professional attitude, it may be time to give yourself a raise. I will pay you what you're worth. I'm looking to pay $30 per hour, depending on experience. If you have a different wage in mind, let me know. If you're faster, smarter, and better, let’s talk. If you are an installer and you have one or two people that you like to work with, I'm open to hiring you together on a per-job basis. If you prefer to be paid a percentage of each job rather than an hourly wage, I'm open to that as well. I would like someone who can start soon.
