Preschool Pals Storytime is geared to children ages 3-5. For Saratoga Springs library card holders; each child needs to be registered. Preschool Pals Story Time is for children ages 3-5. Each 30-minute storytime includes three or four books, songs, and action rhymes on a weekly theme, and helps children develop the socialization and early literacy skills they’ll use in school. Registration required; for Saratoga Springs Library card holders. All children's programming is held upstairs in the City Council Chambers; follow signage.
