Jen from Real Mom of SFV is hosting a fun FREE boxing class. Beginners are welcome! We will meet at 8am to take a quick tour, get our lockers, sign waivers and take a pre-workout group photo. The instructor will go over some instructions (just with our group) so that you can feel confident when we step into the studio to workout on the heavy bags. Note: The class will start at 8:30am and face masks will be required inside of the studio. The class is approximately 45 minutes. Beginners are welcome, as well as kids 13 years older and up. What to bring: Water - you'll want to hydrate during AND after the classBoxing gloves* Boxing wraps**BoxUnion will provide FREE boxing gloves (rental) but you will need to bring your own hand wraps or you can purchase them at the front desk or from Amazon beforehand. The hand wraps are inexpensive and will protect your hands. After the class, we will meet out on the front patio for a sweaty selfie! Each attendee will receive a goodie bag. We will also have a raffle contest! Parking: Westfield Fashion Square has a huge parking structure. They do not charge for parking.
