IMMEDIATE opportunities - multiple positions open. Full time positions available for Montana's largest waterproofing company for work predominantly in the Flathead Valley area (with some work in Bozeman/Big Sky, Missoula, and other in state locations on occasion). Year round work - not seasonal. Overtime is available often at present. Do you really want to flip burgers, scan purchases, or do some other menial work? Experience preferred, but willing to train the right people with good attitude, strong work ethic, and aptitude to learn. This is an opportunity for a career - not just a job. Work is predominantly outdoors, on both residential and commercial construction sites. Per diems paid for travel outside local area (tax free) and paid travel time. Employee housing/hotels provided when traveling as well. Company shirts/jackets/hats provided, as well as all tools and safety equipment. Requirements: - Valid, clean DL (ability to be approved your insurance company for driving co vehicles) - CDL is a plus - Reliable transportation to/from our shop/office - Subject to a background check - Working cell phone - Positive attitude, on-time, and strong work ethic - Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. - Equipment certs are a plus (skid steer, lifts, excavator, etc.) - Prior waterproofing, drainage, remediation, or other related work experience is a plus. - Familiarity with commercial construction sites and OSHA certs are a plus.
