Donation-based weekly Mindful blissful meditation w/ Sound Healing. Join us, every Wednesday at 7:30pm for a guided meditation in comUNITY. A unique Blissful mindful and relaxation experience. Sound healing, or vibroacoustic therapy, works by using certain sound frequencies and waves to reduce stress and anxiety, and to create a meditative and relaxing state. Utilizing quartz and Himalayan Singing bowls as well as various other instruments this class is a great way to get "in-tune" with your self and is accessible to anyone. Mindfulness is an intentional connection with the present moment that changes how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. A dedicated mindfulness practice cultivates compassion, inclining us to treat ourselves and one another with greater kindness. Mindfulness is similar to learning a musical skill, it brings joy and grows with daily practice. Emerging research demonstrates that mindfulness and compassion practice remodels the brain’s physical structure in ways that build resilience and support well-being. Whether your motivations are reducing stress, cultivating self-compassion, or peace of mind, Casa de Prana y is a community where you can learn to live mindfully and find calm. What does “donation based” mean? Pay what you can! If you can pay $10 for a class, wonderful! You will be helping pay for rent and teachers to teach. If you can pay more than $10 for a class you will be helping pay rent and teachers and perhaps paying it forward to someone who cannot afford $10. ------------ Live stream on Twitch follow casadeprana.       Carolee Rodriguez, is a Massage therapist, kundalini yoga teacher, Reiki & Sound Master Trainer, and Wellness Coach.   Carolee is a graduate of the Phoenix Holistic School of Massage (Houston TX) and the Institute for Integrative Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP). She pursues an ongoing study in energy medicine, tantra, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, dance, and Qi gong.    Using a foundation based on compassionate non-judgmental observation, mindfulness, gratitude and positive psychology; she helps guide her clients to better health by integrating more bliss into the busyness of our daily lives.   Her mission is to empower her clients to take the best possible care of their entire physical, mental and spiritual selves. This vision includes regular bodywork, including massage and other possible modalities along with self-care routines such as embracing an anti-inflammatory diet and healthy habits like exercise and mindfulness meditation.   Components of her wellness programs include reiki and sound trainings, the mindfulness of bliss, feel-good fitness and core principles of fulfillment- bliss style of living.    As a passionate creative artist and entrepreneur, she produces quality audio meditations and mindfulness programs as well as volunteers in bringing awareness of burnout into the community.
