The garage currently has a metal roof, which would need to be removed and replaced with shingles. The siding is iffy and could be covered with house wrap, then siding. I would want a single garage door installed in the current opening. And, I want a foot deep ditch dug around the base of the garage and filled with drain pipe and gravel. Open for bids, should include materials. Pay by the job, not by the hour. I would be interested if you would like to bid on part of the work, and leave the rest to others.
