Order Fulfillment Specialist Super Bright LEDs, an established and growing eCommerce company, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to add to its staff. This employee will perform various manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Starting pay is $12.00-15.00 per hour depending on experience. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) are preferred. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Part-time hours are Monday plus 2 additional weekdays from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Responsibilities: • Prepare, organize, and process orders with a high level of accuracy • Report out of stock issues to supervisor and restock bins from warehouse • Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized • Assist processing UPS and USPS shipments Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • 0-3 years’ experience, but previous experience in order processing preferred • Dependable and reliable • Great attendance and punctual • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching • Ability to climb a ladder to reach stock Benefits: • Casual work environment • Annual pay raises and annual bonuses based on performance • Paid Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Jury Duty, and Bereavement • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, STD, LTD, and Supplemental Life/AD&D • 401(k) retirement plan with 6% company match Company Background: Founded in 2002, Super Bright LEDs has grown to become one of the leading online retailers of LED products.
