Looking for volunteer opportunity

I am looking for opportunities in Johnson County, IN or surrounding areas to volunteer or job shadow. I am currently working with VR to transition back to work after a lengthy leave. I would love to volunteer or shadow in an administrative capacity but am willing to be flexible. I have a master's of science in human resource management but find with such a gap on my resume it is next to impossible to get my foot in the door. I would love to find opportunities to build my confidence while simultaneously building my resume.
