Renovators Supply is looking for a Lead, preferably Licensed Carpenter to perform various renovation jobs around our campus in Erving, MA. The primary focus will be converting industrial space to offices and small business suites. Applicants will need experience in the following: Layout, rough and finish carpentry, roofing, renovation, drywall, read plans and blueprints, file for permits, ceilings, run wire, etc. Plan projects, schedule crews and resources, project timelines, submit materials requests, keep crews on task. Lead several small crews (2-3 people) at various projects around the campus. Provide technical insight, expertise and leadership. Ability to roll with punches and adjust to ever-changing priorities. Flexibility is a must. Our location consists of multiple buildings with approx. 200,000 sq ft slated for officeand possibly residential conversion. No Travel and limited outside work in bad weather.
