Join TBCH's Suzanne Wood to in this workshop to have fun while connecting with yourself and others through personal expression!
Emotions tend to disturb you until you pay attention and identify the emotion you are feeling. You might view an emotion as positive or negative, but all emotions point to a need. In this workshop you will complete an expressive arts activity to help you build self-awareness around your emotional self.
You will have fun while at the same time connecting with yourself and others through personal expression.
