Can you help me find houses in Houston that are 3 bed, 2 bath, built after 1960, preferably vacant, and needing some fix-up work? If so, I would like you to work with me and bring me those deals to buy. For each house that I buy, I am looking for 4-7 houses coach and every month on an on-going basis, so there is plenty opportunity to make some very good money! IMPORTANT NOTE: This opportunity is for experienced property locators. I will provide detailed criteria for exactly what I am looking to buy, but I will NOT be providing any additional training. Naturally, I will work with you to get you all the details you need in order to find exactly what it is that I am looking for but I am not going to be providing training or coaching.
