22nd Annual UC San Diego Veterans Staff Association Veterans Recognition Ceremony: Finding Meaning in Your Service The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 9, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in UC San Diego’s Supercomputer Center Auditorium. The event is open to the public and light refreshments will be served immediately following the celebration. The theme of this year’s ceremony is, “Finding Meaning in Your Service.” This year, Pegah Parsi, a UC San Diego staff member, and Dana Gibson, a UC San Diego graduate student, will be recognized as our Veterans of the Year, and they will be honored and thanked for their service.
