They believe that original craftsmanship is what makes historic and new homes stand out from the rest. A specialized, full-service wood shop creates period cabinetry, mill work, and other trim details to match existing or new styles. Carpenter Responsibilities: -Create, repair, and install trim, cabinets, and other carpentry work and projects -Interpret client requests and provide mock-ups for clients -Select and evaluate materials -Follow all code requirements for remodeling projects Carpenter skills and requirements: -1+ years' experience in carpentry (trim, finish, and cabinetry carpentry helpful) -Possession of personal hand tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation -Knowledge of shop and power tools including skill saw, miter saw, and jigsaw -Capable of climbing on ladders to very high heights and lifting heavy weights -Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, a team player attitude, and the ability to work independently and take direction -from supervisors.
