Hes intact, no collar or harness. Black with a small white blaze on his chest, a scar on the top of his head and white hair coming in on his muzzle. He's super friendly and is a big ole cuddle bug! Please message if you see or have him. My son and I are getting worried. I did hear a similar dog was seen deceased on101 near Gillis, any info would be appreciated.
