Cold Plunge + Coffee If you're receiving this invite its because someone perceives you as cool or crazy enough to show up for an ice bath just as rainy season is starting in NorCal. This is our first Saturday doing cold plunges + coffee but we're hoping to make it a weekly occurrence so please help us spread the word. Come for the coffee or the ice bath or BOTH. If you have never done an ice bath before we will be happy to assist you in breathing through the experience. Please RSVP via Eventbrite by grabbing a ticket so we know how many to expect! We will have a HEAT lamp onsite to help warm up afterward. Please bring your own TOWEL. Have a great week! -Owen
