Trying to find Husky named Luka

I know this is a long shot but earlier this year I got very sick and my boyfriend dumped my dog at the Nebraska humane society and by the time I recovered he had already been adopted. I'm trying desperately to find him!!! If he's happy and in a good home I just would like to know. If not, I want to bring him home!!!!! Please help me find my Luka.
