Kids Movement and Meditation
This will be a fun, interactive class to introduce children to the basics of meditation.
We’ll start the class by shaking out our sillies, doing free movement and gentle stretches.
Next, we’ll have a seat on our mats and do some deep belly breathing, a body scan, and a short guided meditation.
Because November is the month of gratitude, the theme of this class will be thankfulness.
Recommended for ages 2-8, but all ages are welcome to join. Parents/guardians are encouraged to take part.
Dress comfortably and bring one yoga mat for each participant. If you don’t have more than one mat, there will be extra on hand.
Price is by donation.
Class will be hosted by Cara Rizzoli
Cara is a massage therapist of almost 20 years, an energy healer, and a mom of two rainbow babies. She has practiced dance and yoga for 20+years.
