HR Marc is an Austin area concrete construction company currently looking for a lead project manager/estimator.
The family owned business has been in operation for over 22 years and has a hard working and loyal crew of employees.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
-Coordinates with crews and company executive team to ensure timely completion of projects
-Supervises and communicates with superintendents on a daily basis and can step into that role on a temporary basis if needed
-Keeps meticulous records of field work and job progression
-Good knowledge of concrete construction
-Able to read construction drawings and blueprints
-Estimating experience a must and ability to coordinate in tandem with estimators
-Assures safety standards are implemented
-Take charge attitude, excellent communication skills and ownership of each project assigned
-Experienced with scheduling crews and supervising crews to job completion on time
-Various contacts in the construction industry from vendors to customers
- Perform job take offs / detailed estimates for potential project
-5 plus years experience in concrete construction as a project manager or concrete superintendent
-Ideal candidate would treat company as his/her own and would be compensated in a fashion that reflects outstanding work and profitability above normal salary
