I rescued a chihuahua 2 weeks ago. The vet estimates he's 1 year old or younger. He's not fixed or chipped yet - but he's scheduled to get fixed and chipped on 11/5 at Emancipet or you're welcome to take him to your vet. We have 2 other dogs and 3 is too many. We're hoping to find a great family for him.
