MOUNT TV OUTSIDE - READY TO GO

I need to mount a TV outside to a STUCCO wall. I assume there are studs in the wall as there's an electrical outlet right near to where the mount will be mounted to the wall. I'd prefer to hire someone that knows what they are doing as I don't know if a traditional stud finder will work for a STUCCO wall or not. I have the TV and mount all ready to go, everything is laid out. For someone that knows what they are doing, this is a 5-10 minute job.
