Celebrate International Education Week at One Discovery Square! International Education Week (IEW), November 15-19, 2021, is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences. Celebrate the diverse community at UMR and greater Rochester for an International Language Film Festival. A selection of international short films from shortsoftheweek.com will be shown on the big screen in Collaboration Hall at One Discovery Square everyday from 12-1pm. Free and open to all students at UMR, employees at One Discovery Square and interested community members. All who register in advance will recieve a special showtime treat!
