We are an affiliate of Philly-based JumpStart Germantown, a program that focuses on building local real estate investors. We are forming a Developers Network that is open to the public and allows local developers, contractors, realtors, and any professional professional connected to the real estate industry to share information with the community and each other. The Developers network is crucial to YNH's success. We are looking for subject matter experts to participate in panel discussions, attend as guest speakers, etc. These opportunities will connect you with projects and other developers who are working on projects in real time! The Developers’ Network creates opportunities to make connections and build mutually beneficial relationships. We see Harrisburg's housing challenges as an opportunity to redevelop and revitalize our city's landscape!
