DRAGON'S LANDING-Tour of Northern Italy Beer & Food Pairing Monday November 29th 7-9pm DRAGON'S LANDING-Tour of Northern Italy Beer & Food pairing Monday November 29th 7-9 pm Welcome pint of Sandcastle Lager - American lager, crisp and clean up front and has a sweet bite in the finish 4.2% ABV 1st Course (Veneto) Laugh Heard Round the World - This slightly fruity Blonde Ale beautifully showcases the peach, pear, passion fruit & Apricot flavors from the Ariana & Callista hops. This beer was a collaboration between our brewer Amanda "Pants" and The Mitten Brewing Co. 5.7 % ABV Quince & Mustard Preserves *Served with scratch made fresh bread 2nd Course (Lombardia) Inquisition Pale Ale - This beer is a malty, hop-filled treat with English Pale, Crystal & Munich malts along with Challenger, East Kent Goldings & Styrian Goldings hops. 5.2% ABV Polpettes Arrabiata *Flat meatballs in a spicy tomato basil sauce 3rd Course (Trentino-Alta Adige) Broadhead Oud Bruin -  This is a Belgian style Sour Brown Ale with cherry juice that was aged on wood for 2 months. Rich full month feel with a delicious tarty tang. 6% ABV Polenta Pasticciatta *Baked Polenta topped with mushrooms and Fontina cheese 4th Course (Liguria): Belgian Orange Session Ale - With an ingredients list that is a lot like Final Absolution (but nowhere near the ABV) this delicious beer incorporates Bitter Orange peel to give a wonderful tart refreshing citrus finish 5% ABV Creamy Pesto *Served with chicken and pasta 5th Course (Valle D'Aosta and Piedmont) Bourbon Barrel aged Sin Eater Belgian Dark Strong- Dark, Sweet and rich with notes of bourbon, caramel, raisins and dark fruit. This style was consumed by monks to help them make it through the long cold winters in Belgian. We aged this version in an Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrel for 6 months. ABV 11% Panna Cotta al Caffe *Coffee-flavored cream pudding
