AMITYVILLE, NY—More luxury apartments are on the way in the Amityville and Lindenhurst area. The Wel recently opened near the Long Island Rail Road station in Lindenhurst, and now developer Avalon has recently broken ground on Amityville Avalon.
The $120 million dollar complex will mix studio, one, two and three-bedroom units on the site, at 366 Broadway, near the Route 110 business corridor. The former hospital property will hold over 300 units, and include some townhouses.
Signs at the site promise an "early 2023" opening.
Avalon Amityville describes the coming apartments on their website:
