The FIPAMiami's Annual Charity Event of the Year! "GALA MASQUÉ": Chic & Sparkling; The Annual Charity Gala of FIPAMiami, to support the French International Program in Miami Dade Schools. Ride Share is highly recommended - Parking on spot ($20) - MetroMover Station Knight Center Since it’s creation in 1986, FIPA played a double role in Miami. One action was to serve "citizens" as a liaison between French authorities, parents and the education authority of Miami Dade, as well as an operational roll in the French IS program. We are established in 5 schools: Sunset and Coconut Grove in the primary level, Carver Middle School and ISCHS and ISPA for the Middle and High School levels.
