WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Desiree Boyd, 17, who was reported missing from West Haven on Monday, Oct. 25. Boyd has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black sweatpants and white sneakers.
