We are a construction company with projects in the SF, Oakland, Marin County and Santa Rosa area. We are looking to add new member to our team. We have opening for Superintendent/ Carpenter. This is a leadership rolls and require a vast understanding of construction and management. Must have experience with ground-up builds and residential remodeling. Proven ability to read plans and execute multiple aspects of the job. Applicant must show the ability and appreciation for high-level building, where patience and an eye for detail is paramount! Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years experience as carpenter. Management experience Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Willing to travel SF- Santa Rosa Tools Strong communication and customer service skills Minimum of 3 references Duties include: Hand on carpentry Oversee multiple projects Manage project schedule/timeline Manager subcontractors and employees Order material & make sure it is available as needed Manage a budget Schedule and prepare for inspections Work harmoniously with clients, subcontractors, vendors Enforcing OSHA regulations Pay is based on knowledge, experience, skills and attitude.
