Motivate LLC is actively hiring Bike Mechanics for our Bay Wheels bike share, full and part time opportunities are available. These are permanent roles/non-seasonal with full benefits and opportunity for advancement. We're looking for FUN people who enjoy the outdoors, have a technical aptitude and want to learn new skills. Prior mechanic experience or bike knowledge is preferred but not required. We start all mechanics at a MINIMUM of $19.50 per hour and provide a full PAID training program. All employees enjoy a free bike share membership in addition to comprehensive benefits for full time employees including scheduled wage increases every 6 months as a Union member.
