DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Dominium is one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing developers, owners, and managers of affordable housing. We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team at and, two apartment communities (482 total units) in Minnetonka, MN. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 10/31/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) Position Summary: As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Light maintenance Maintain the appearance of the office, building, and grounds Keep the property in clean and orderly condition Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments Perform minor property maintenance tasks to assist Maintenance Perform light landscaping tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in grounds keeping preferred Customer service oriented Basic painting skills Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work on-call as scheduled by management About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees.
