About the Job Position Summary: Assembles, serves, and delivers patient and employee meals and department requisitions. Cleans area. Prepares cold food items. Cleans tray carts, work area washes dishes, pots, dish room, and floor. Avoids food waste. Serves food in employee cafeteria. Handles and serves food in accordance with sanitary regulations.
