Fredericksburg residents will now have the tools to live a healthier lifestyle with the debut of Clean Eatz, which recently opened at 5426 Southpoint Plaza Way. The healthy lifestyle restaurant specializes in preparing properly-portioned meals and will give the community the option to order meal plans, catering, Grab ‘N’ Go meals, as well as a full dine-in menu at the wellness-inspired café. Clean Eatz in Fredericksburg is owned by local entrepreneurs and married couple Chelsea and Stephenson John. Stephenson is currently in his 24th year with the Marine Corps, and Chelsea has served 20 years in the Air Force Reserve. The Johns have always been passionate about helping people, with Chelsea also being a nurse for the past 12 years. The couple decided to join a gym to help achieve their fitness goals and realized that one of the most challenging parts of being healthy is maintaining a healthy diet. Juggling a hectic life, Chelsea recognized the importance of receiving healthy, balanced meals with the convenience of fast food. “Clean Eatz gives busy families the gift of time by providing healthy meals quickly and efficiently,” said Chelsea. “Life can get so busy and often times people sacrifice their health for meals that are quick and convenient.
