Hello, I'm an extremely busy mom and childcare owner, who has a husband with Aspergers. I have three kids and life has become complicated with a few long term family health issues that have come up. I'm searching for an organized, fast paced, cheerful type of person who is GREAT at housekeeping of all varieties. Indoor, outdoor, light housekeeping, Heavy Housekeeping, dishes, laundry folded AND put away, floors, windows, taking trash out, cleaning fridge. Everything for a busy household, would be on a rotated schedule, so that you only work 2-4 hours per day. The trade is High Quality local childcare. I will enroll your child in my program for our full Four Day Program for an agreed upon set number hours of cleaning, to be determined, and on your OWN schedule, allowing you to complete work at my home AND still work for cash or salary elsewhere if you so choose. Perhaps, We can do hour for hour or whatever we both decide is fair, based on a job well done. I have a beautiful Waldorf-Inspired Forest Preschool Program in Sebastopol, that your preschooler could attend in exchange for housekeeping at your schedule's discretion. I can even do aftercare at my house if you end up needing it. Let's figure out what feels good for both of us and the kids. "Does this sound like something that could work for you?
