CLINTON — A Clinton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Madison earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 22, Joshua Graham, of Clinton purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in Madison and won $10,000.
