BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man has been charged on accusations that he used pepper spray on employees at a local business, The Connecticut Post reported. Police responded Saturday at 4 p.m. to a Fairfield Avenue business on reports that someone walked in, sprayed a substance, and ran out.
Freddie Trowell, 29, of Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.
First responders helped those at the scene, and one of the victims was hospitalized.
