Part Time Maintenance Building Engineer Needed for growing company

We are seeking an experienced part time building engineer/day porter to assist us in day to day operations of a mix of retail and office space buildings. If you are flexible, hands on, and wanting to join a growing team we would love to hear from you. This opportunity is prefect for someone looking to grow with our company and take on more responsibility as we bring on more assets to manage. Wolf Bay Ambassador Job Description: 2 days per week to start, but could grow quickly into more days. Driving the Wolf Bay Truck to properties to perform basic tasks listed below.  You will be visiting about 6 or 8 properties each week.   Our properties range from Burien to Everett and Monroe. You will pick up the Truck at the Wolf Bay office at Lake Union each day.  Truck will have all necessary tools. Requirements: Good Driving Record and Clean Criminal Background Washington Drivers License Some landscape and construction skills needed. Wear Wolf Bay Tshirt or jacket Pay $20/hr as a Wolf Bay Employee (not contractor) Keep records of each property visit - Daily Log Book Report to Property Manger any issues you see. Some Tasks Include: Weed Wack and or Mow (small areas to mow) Blow sidewalks etc. Pruning, watering, etc. Pick up garbage around property.  Keep dumpster areas clean. Some light painting and/or graffiti removal Occasional dump runs – junk that gets left in our dumpster areas. Roof inspections and cleaning Pressure Washing Snow Removal / Ice Melt Light bulb replacement, remove lettering from windows, check on and clean up vacant units.
